Call Africa Kenya is seeking a Lead Trainer to design and deliver training on life skills, psychosocial support, disability inclusion and mainstreaming for vocational training stakeholders in Kenya.

Who can apply
- University degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Special Needs Education, Inclusive Pedagogy, Development Studies or a closely related discipline
- At least two years of relevant experience designing and delivering programmes in disability inclusion, life skills, psychosocial support or institutional mainstreaming
- Experience within or alongside Kenya’s TVET sector, including familiarity with TVETA frameworks and county governance structures
- Experience training public officials, school managers and teaching personnel
- Strong facilitation and workshop-moderation abilities
- Knowledge of assistive technologies and accessible educational software
- Fluency in English and Swahili, both written and spoken
What you'll do
- Design, deliver and evaluate a comprehensive training programme covering life skills, psychosocial support, counselling, disability inclusion and mainstreaming
- Develop training curriculum, participant manuals, facilitator materials, toolkits and pre-/post-training assessments
- Conduct a two-day residential training in Nairobi for approximately 25 stakeholders
- Deliver nine four-day county-level training courses across Nairobi, Murang’a and Makueni
- Analyse training results and prepare a consolidated final report
