Commercial Broiler Farm Manager (20,000 Birds)

We are hiring a full-time, residential Broiler Farm Manager to oversee a 20,000-bird unit in Isenya, Kenya.⁠‌‌​‌‌​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌​​‌‌​​‌​‌‌​​​‌‌‌⁠

What it offers

• Lead a 20,000-bird commercial broiler operation using an open-sided housing system with cross-ventilation fans.
• Residential role with 35–40 days on-site during the grow-out cycle and 10–14 days off during downtime once cleaning and disinfection are approved.

Who can apply

• Veterinary or animal husbandry background required.
• Hands-on experience in broiler management and environmental control.

What you'll do

• Manage brooding, feeding, lighting, and water distribution to meet target harvest weights and Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR).
• Operate open-sided curtain systems and cross-ventilation fans to maintain optimal shed temperatures and prevent heat stress.
• Lead a team of 5 Farm Attendants.
• Report to the Farm Owner / Managing Director.
