Project Co-Supervisor (Educational Management)

Iconic Open University seeks experienced academics to serve as Project Co-Supervisors in Educational Management, contributing to postgraduate programmes in an Open and Distance Learning (ODL) environment.

What it offers

• Contractual role with duties defined by Iconic Open University
• Engagement for a term of one academic session, renewable based on performance
• Remuneration provided in accordance with the university’s approved policies and rates

Who can apply

• Must hold a Ph.D. in Educational Management or a closely related field from an accredited institution
• Must be at the rank of Senior Lecturer or higher; Reader or Professor preferred
• Must have relevant expertise in Educational Management and a track record of postgraduate supervision
• Must be independent of Iconic Open University (no employment within the last three years, no conflicts of interest)
• Evidence of research publications in reputable, peer-reviewed journals is required

What you'll do

• Serve as a Project/Dissertation/Thesis Co-Supervisor for postgraduate students
• Participate in programme quality assurance and academic integrity processes
• Engage in duties as specified in the terms of reference provided upon appointment
