Global MEL Manager/Senior Manager

One Acre Fund is hiring a Global MEL Manager/Senior Manager to lead monitoring, evaluation, and learning across its Uganda, Nigeria, and DRC programs.

• Ensure survey design and roll-out meet global standards
• Review analysis, oversee reporting, and develop actionable, evidence-based recommendations
• Participate in country steering-committee meetings to present MEL results and build buy-in
• Oversee country-level MEL budgets and plans to ensure efficient growth without sacrificing data quality
• Own the systems, operations, and ways of working of the Global MEL team
