  • Supervise a Project Accountant and act as the primary focal point for financial accountability and support services strengthening.
  • Oversee financial management, internal controls, budgeting, cash flow, bank reconciliations, and audit preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement, payment, payroll, and statutory obligations (PAYE, NSSF, SHA, Housing Levy).
  • Strengthen HR systems, including recruitment, performance management, and employee file maintenance.
  • Mentor and build the capacity of local staff through coaching and on-the-job support.
  • Coordinate with KTK’s banks, statutory bodies, suppliers, and Save the Children teams.
