What you'll do

• Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly individual and team sales targets.
• Promote supplements, beauty, health, and wellness products, including high margin items, seasonal promotions and bundled products.
• Increase average basket value by identifying customer needs and making value-driven recommendations.
• Deliver outstanding, memorable customer service by greeting, engaging, educating, and building genuine connections with customers.
• Build long-term loyalty through customer data capture (with consent), follow-ups, and enrolment into the loyalty programme.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular stock take, accurate reporting, and timely reordering.
• Ensure the store remains clean, safe, visually appealing.
