Sahel Agro is hiring two field-based technical-commercial agents to promote and sell animal feed in the Far North Region of Cameroon.

Who can apply

• Diploma: Veterinary qualification.
• Languages: Fluent in Fulfulde and the local language of the assigned area.
• Skills: Proactive sales attitude, negotiation, persuasion, and client retention.
• Knowledge: Understanding of local livestock needs and feed-market specifics.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively in rural zones.

What you'll do

• Identify and register livestock breeders in your area.
• Organize sample-based visits tailored to each type of livestock.
• Actively prospect and negotiate with new clients and resellers at livestock markets, vaccination sites, and farms.
• Promote and sell feed directly to breeders and resellers.
• Ensure proper presentation and visibility of feed products in livestock gathering zones.
• Report customer needs to the GAINAKO Project Manager.
