Who can apply
- Caribbean nationals aged 18–30
- Affiliated with or working with a Caribbean-based organisation
- Currently enrolled in tertiary education, employed, or actively involved in a relevant organisation (youth, NGO, community-based, private-sector, public-sector, or other climate/development/public engagement organisation)
- Not currently serving as an official Party negotiator
What you'll do
- Support planning and delivery of CARICOM Pavilion sessions and CCCCC side events
- Assist with logistics, coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Produce social media content, talking points, short-form multimedia and live coverage of Caribbean activities
- Develop accessible climate-literacy content for Caribbean audiences
- Observe plenaries and open negotiation sessions (where permitted)
- Prepare concise briefing notes on key discussions and outcomes
- Support note-taking and other negotiation-related activities (where required and permitted)
- Engage with CARICOM delegations, partners, donors and visitors to the CARICOM Pavilion
