BM Recruitment is seeking an Internal Customer Representative to support sales orders, purchasing, imports/exports, and SAP operations for a manufacturing subsidiary in Johannesburg.

What it offers

• R26 000 basic salary
• Full-time position based in Alrode, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa

Who can apply

• Matric certificate required
• Tertiary diploma or job-related certification preferred
• 3–5 years of related experience in sales orders, purchasing, imports/exports, or SAP
• Experience in the compressor or manufacturing industry is a bonus
• Solid understanding of Incoterms and financial payment instruments (e.g., Letter of Credit) is highly beneficial
• Proficiency in SAP software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an industrial or technical environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to problem-solve and think critically in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of compressors, mechanical systems, or industrial equipment is a plus
• English is the main language used; ability to communicate fluently in French is a plus
