What you'll do

• Manage customer enquiries and complaints via WhatsApp, phone calls and social media
• Prepare and print vehicle sales agreements
• Upload vehicle inventory updates to the company website and social media pages
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
• Provide general administrative support to the branch
• Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain professional relationships with existing customers
