This full-time role in Nigeria involves safely transporting the executive director and maintaining the vehicle.

What you'll do

• Safely drive the executive director to and from official engagements, meetings, and other destinations
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition
• Conduct routine checks on the vehicle (oil, water, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) and report any faults immediately
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
• Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and ensure timely arrival at destinations
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all executive movements and discussions
• Assist the executive director with carrying items, running errands, or other assigned duties when necessary
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company driving policies
• Coordinate with the administrative team regarding schedules and logistics
