    • Be youth-led (young people aged approximately 15–29 in leadership) or youth-serving with strong youth engagement
    • Be legally registered or formally recognized in the country of application
    • Have experience or a credible plan for advocacy, coalition-building or community engagement on AHWB and/or SRHR
    • Be willing to work jointly with existing national CAAP coalitions where these exist
