Advocating for Change Scholarship 2026

PMNCH is inviting national youth-led organizations, coalitions and networks to apply for catalytic grants to implement adolescent health and well-being advocacy activities at the national level.

What it offers

• Grant value: Up to US $15,000 per organization
• Grant period: 1 September 2026 – 31 August 2027 (12 months)
• Disbursement in instalments tied to agreed deliverables and reporting

Who can apply

• National youth-led organizations, coalitions and networks based in:
  • CAAP-focused countries: Liberia, Malawi, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia
  • Non-CAAP-focused countries: India and Colombia
• Organizations must:
  • Be youth-led (young people aged approximately 15–29 in leadership) or youth-serving with strong youth engagement
  • Be legally registered or formally recognized in the country of application
  • Have experience or a credible plan for advocacy, coalition-building or community engagement on AHWB and/or SRHR
  • Be willing to work jointly with existing national CAAP coalitions where these exist

• Submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) by email to Bhavya Nandini (nandinib@who.int) by 12:00 CEST, 21 August 2026
• Subject line: “EOI – Advocating for Change for Adolescents – [Organization Name] – [Country]”
• Include:
  • A proposal using the provided template
  • A budget breakdown using the provided template
  • Proof of legal registration or formal recognition
  • A brief organizational profile
• Applications must be submitted in English
