- Non-CAAP-focused countries: India and Colombia
- Organizations must:
- Be youth-led (young people aged approximately 15–29 in leadership) or youth-serving with strong youth engagement
- Be legally registered or formally recognized in the country of application
- Have experience or a credible plan for advocacy, coalition-building or community engagement on AHWB and/or SRHR
- Be willing to work jointly with existing national CAAP coalitions where these exist
