HYSACAM is recruiting Civil Design Engineers to oversee production operations, coordinate site teams, and ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.

Who can apply

• Must hold a civil engineering design diploma (BAC + 5) in civil engineering, rural engineering, urban planning, or industrial engineering.
• Must have at least 3 years of general experience and 1 year of specific experience as a site supervisor.

What you'll do

• Ensure production operations run smoothly.
• Apply civil engineering design and construction rules.
• Interpret and execute work plans.
• Plan resources and ensure their availability.
• Draft reports and organize site visits.
• Coordinate tasks among project stakeholders.
• Meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Manage on-site conflicts.
• Implement defined work organizations.
