• High degree of professionalism in debt collection.
• Be conversant with Microsoft packages, especially Excel and Word.
• Have exposure in debt collection applications—CRM, Smartcollect.
• Be fluent in both English and Kiswahili—written and spoken.
• Be a proven team player.
• Prior experience in field visits and collections.
