Who can apply

• Holders of a Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
• Candidates with proficiency in Tally ERP
• CPA Part II is preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounting or finance support role
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and general computer use
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What you'll do

• Update and reconcile accounts payables and receivables daily
• Post transactions to the relevant books of accounts daily
• Perform cash, bank and M-Pesa reconciliations
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, including cash flow and profit & loss statements
• Work with the Production Department on BOM and costing reports
• Reconcile inventory, finished goods and raw materials periodically
• Maintain detailed accounting records and ensure proper filing
• Send customer account statements by the 5th of each month
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables with the Sales Manager
• Respond to accounting inquiries from customers and management
• Prepare Delivery Note reports and follow up for resolution
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Submit weekly reports to the Finance Manager, Operations Manager and GM
