EHA Clinics is seeking a Practice & Quality Assurance Coordinator (REACH) to oversee daily clinic operations, staff supervision, and quality assurance in Abuja, Nigeria.

Who can apply

• Degree in Medicine (MBBS, MbChB, MD, DO) from a recognized university
• Completion of compulsory internship and a minimum of 2 years post NYSC
• Up-to-date registration and license from the MDCN
• Completion of BLS and ACLS

What you'll do

• Develop and monitor adherence to medical policies and procedures
• Assess healthcare needs and contribute to new/existing medical services
• Review medical KPIs and OKRs regularly
• Organize and assign duties to clinical team members
• Evaluate team performance and conduct evaluations
• Supervise staff schedules and patient care delivery
• Conduct face-to-face medical consultations and provide remote clinical support
• Resolve complaints and recommend solutions to team issues
• Evaluate quality and appropriateness of medical care and documentation
