• Ownership of paid and organic acquisition, app store optimization (ASO), conversion funnels, and retention campaigns.
• Responsibility for planning, running, and optimizing targeted campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Management of budgets to optimize CPA, CAC, and ROAS through continuous creative and audience testing.
• Ownership of ASO across Google Play Console and App Store Connect, alongside basic on-page SEO, keyword strategies, and content recommendations.
• Mapping of user journeys, elimination of drop-off points, and deployment of automated email, SMS, push, and WhatsApp retention/win-back flows.
• Setup of end-to-end event tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, UTMs) and building of reporting dashboards (Looker Studio).
• Support for lead generation for enterprise/institutional clients via targeted landing pages and outreach campaigns.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on digital/performance marketing experience.
• Experience ideally within African tech startups, fintech, or SaaS.
