Who can apply

• Experience: 3 years in poultry production, animal health management, and farm operations
• Preferred: Certification in poultry health management or agricultural operations; experience in budgeting and financial management; knowledge of sustainable farming practices

What you'll do

• Oversee poultry farming operations, including breeding, feeding, health management, and biosecurity protocols
• Develop and implement production plans to optimize poultry growth and maximize output
• Monitor animal health, ensuring vaccination, medication, and disease control
• Implement waste management strategies and maintain a clean, safe farm environment
• Lead, train, and supervise farm workers and support staff
• Develop budgets, analyze production data, and generate performance reports for senior management
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and health regulations
