What you'll do

• Welcome and attend to customers professionally.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and explain menu items, prices, and options.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Promote meals, specials, and other products.
• Ensure correct and prompt order delivery.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and welcoming service area.
• Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors when items run low.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests.
• Package takeaway orders accurately.
• Record daily sales and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Assist with other restaurant operations as assigned.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and customer-service standards.
• Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
