What you'll do

• Assist with daily operations and administrative tasks (data entry, filing, inventory management).
• Help develop and implement operational processes and procedures.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then suggest recommendations.
• Support customer service tasks (responding to inquiries, processing orders).
• Monitor and track inventory levels (shopfloor vs. SAP).
• Collaborate across departments (supply chain, engineering, quality) to achieve KPIs.
