INSUCO is hiring two permanent Africa Project Coordinators to support the Africa General Management and technical departments across Conakry, Ouagadougou, and Lomé.

What you'll do

• Support the Africa General Management in monitoring and accompanying Africa technical departments.
• Attend Africa and LAC/Africa meetings and participate in Africa projects.
• Conduct short-term, in-person support missions in offices needing team reinforcement.
• Assist offices with technical and financial proposal development and expertise mobilization.
• Support project coordination and provide training on project management methods and tools.
• Plan and execute strategic Africa projects, mobilizing national/international resources and organizing fieldwork.
