- Manage incoming/outgoing documentation: receive and verify instructions and final documents for parcel tracking, register them in the issuing service’s log
- Data entry and traceability: input Proofs of Delivery (POD) into the SPOT software and record parcels in the WAY software
- Monitor indicators and operational flows: perform daily checks on parcel deliveries, receive manual transfer manifests and update the tracking sheet
- Track DST files, Provisional Orders and sector-specific files for oil and mining clients
- Produce reports and alerts with strict deadlines
