• Social compliance background with workers’ rights and supplier engagement experience

What you'll do

• Introduce digital worker engagement programs to suppliers (virtually and on site when possible)
• Secure management buy-in and train management on platform usage
• Engage with workers and promote participation
• Manage grievance cases and liaise between stakeholders
• Lead supplier platform training and technical support
• Lead case management of grievances in programs with digital grievance mechanisms
• Support investigation and remediation when requested by brands
• Support development and updating of supplier materials
