Part-Time Communications Manager Position in Africa

Sightsavers is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to support its global communications strategy and thematic plans on a part-time basis in Kenya, Nigeria, Zambia, or Ghana.

  • Agile strategic thinking, multitasking under strict deadlines, strong presentation/public speaking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills in multicultural contexts

  • Competent user of Microsoft Office 365
• Desirable: Working proficiency in spoken and written French

What you'll do

• Support delivery of Sightsavers’ global communications strategy and thematic plans, including budgeting and reporting
• Manage external stakeholders and partners for key communications moments
• Develop creative content and communication products
• Provide on-the-ground communications support to programme teams in Africa
