Who can apply

• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing or sales role
• Holders of a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second-Class Honors (Upper Division)
• Master’s degree is an added advantage
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
• Must not be older than 26 at next birthday
• Required personal qualities: passion for sales and financial services, charisma, creative thinking, strong communication, customer focus, result-driven mindset, team spirit, and tech-savviness

What you'll do

• Advise clients on investment portfolios and provide personalized investment strategies
• Sell the firm’s products and propose alternative investments to grow AUM and acquire new customers
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships to drive repeat business and retention
• Prospect actively to grow ‘new-to-firm’ business through new and existing client relationships
• Monitor market trends and stock movements and recommend business strategies in response to market changes
