A UK-based digital marketing agency is hiring a Paid Ads Specialist to run Meta, Google and TikTok campaigns for clients while working South-African hours.⁠​​​‌‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​​‌‌​‌​‌​​‌‌‌‌‌‌​⁠

• Ownership of paid advertising campaigns for agency clients
• Daily optimisation and proactive issue-spotting across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads

• Use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline workflows and reporting

Who can apply

• 3+ years’ experience managing paid advertising campaigns
• Previous agency experience (essential)
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Strong understanding of optimisation, conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting
• Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
• Comfort presenting campaign performance to clients

What you'll do

• Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with client objectives
• Monitor campaign performance daily and implement proactive optimisations
• Identify issues before they escalate and present clear solutions
• Lead client meetings, explaining performance and strategy
• Prepare detailed end-of-month performance reports and present insights
• Work closely with internal teams to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies
• Stay up to date with platform changes, new features, and industry trends
