What it offers

• Salary range: KSh 16,000 – KSh 30,000 per month
• Role involves maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel and ensuring guests have a comfortable, safe, and welcoming experience

Who can apply

• Qualification: First School Leaving Certificate or KCSE
• Experience: At least 2 years in hotel housekeeping or professional cleaning
• Must have good spoken and written English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions

What you'll do

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas to hotel standards
• Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks thoroughly and within required timeframes
• Follow daily work schedules and report maintenance issues, damages, lost property, or safety hazards
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, maintain housekeeping equipment and storage areas
• Work independently and as part of the housekeeping team while providing courteous service to guests
