Credit Officer, Owerri

Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is seeking a Credit Officer to assess loan applications and manage lending processes in Owerri, Imo State.

Who can apply

• Qualifications: NCE/OND/HND/BSc in Banking and Finance, Economics, or related field
• Experience: Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer, or similar role
• Skills: Hands-on experience with lending procedures and products, financial spreadsheets, strong analytical and communication skills, customer service experience

What you'll do

• Review loan requests
• Assess clients’ financial status and creditworthiness
• Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation
• Analyse risks and approve or reject loan requests
• Set up payment plans
• Maintain updated records of loan applications
• Follow up with clients about loan renewals
• Monitor progress of existing loans
• Conduct daily & weekly repayment collection
