What you'll do

• Support seasonal procurement strategies to deliver +90% OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) delivery, market-competitive costs, and 5% year-on-year cost savings.
• Ensure 0 quality issues reach the farmer and maintain +80% on-time payment rate for suppliers.
• Proactively address supply gaps by evaluating farmer needs against global market trends, supplier capacity, and inventory levels.
• Drive lead-time improvements through process automation and streamlined delivery.
• Develop and maintain landed cost analyses and key performance metrics.
• Build and maintain deep partnerships with fertilizer suppliers and industry organizations.
• Act as a critical business partner for country operations teams.
• Manage and mentor a small team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
