Reservationist – Front of House at Recruitment Legends is a full-time position in the Cape Winelands, Western Cape, South Africa.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a reservations, front desk, or customer service administration role within the hospitality sector is required.
• Working knowledge of Dineplan and Opera PMS is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is required.
• Formal telephone etiquette and customer service training is advantageous.
