Renmoney is seeking an E-Payment Settlement Officer to manage daily settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling for electronic payment transactions.

What you'll do

  • Perform daily settlement of electronic payment transactions across all channels and monitor activities with payment switches, settlement banks, and partners.
  • Ensure timely settlement in line with agreed SLAs, investigate and resolve failures or delays, and recommend process improvements.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of settlement General Ledger (GL) accounts, resolve breaks, and maintain supporting documentation.
  • Manage settlement exceptions, resolve failed or unmatched transactions, and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Monitor payment processing, process adjustments and reversals, and ensure proper authorization for manual postings.
  • Prepare daily and weekly settlement and reconciliation reports, exceptions and ageing reports, and operational performance metrics.
  • Liaise with payment switches, banks, fintech partners, and internal teams (Technology, Finance, Risk, Internal Control, Customer Experience).
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintain audit trails, and support audits.
