FairMoney is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager – Business Banking to drive merchant and SME lending in Akwa Ibom, Nigeria.

• Experience managing a lending portfolio of N2B+.
• Strong understanding of cashflow-based lending, merchant underwriting, and loan portfolio management.

What you'll do

• Originate and close merchant and SME loan deals across sectors like FMCG, Mobile & Electronics, Fashion, and more.
• Own end-to-end loan sales execution: prospecting, onboarding, credit documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement monitoring.
• Drive loan book growth, utilization, and repayment performance.
• Monitor KPIs (loan disbursement, portfolio quality, repayment, transactions) and meet lending targets.
• Promote offline payment solutions (POS terminals) to support lending and transaction visibility.
• Conduct merchant visits and track market trends to inform product and pricing strategies.
