Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is seeking a Data Entry & Logistics Executive to support operations in Nairobi, Kenya.

Who can apply

• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience: At least 1-2 years in data entry, logistics, administration, or a similar role
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience using ERP systems or inventory management software is an added advantage

What you'll do

• Accurately capture, update, and maintain data in company systems
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entry
• Prepare, organize, and maintain logistics and operational records
• Coordinate deliveries, dispatches, and collections with suppliers and transport providers
• Monitor inventory movements and maintain stock records
• Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and other logistics documentation
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and stock audits
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
• Ensure proper filing and safe custody of company records
• Perform other administrative and logistics duties as assigned
