FMN Holdings is recruiting a Data Analyst to turn business data into clear insights and interactive dashboards for key functions across the Group.

• Role: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Inventory, Marketing, and Production.
• Responsibilities include building data models, DAX measures, KPI frameworks, optimizing performance, gathering requirements, presenting insights, maintaining KPI standards, and supporting self-service analytics.

Who can apply

• Qualification: HND or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Power BI Development.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build and manage data models, DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPI frameworks.
• Optimize dashboard performance for fast load times and reliable refreshes.
• Gather and translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Present insights, trends, and recommendations to management.
• Define and maintain KPI standards and a centralized KPI dictionary.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities.
• Support adoption of self-service analytics by empowering users.
