Outsource Nigeria – Omni Channel is hiring a Telesales Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls from its Surulere, Lagos base.

• Monthly salary of N150,000

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s Degree, HND or OND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field
• Minimum of 13 years’ experience in telesales, customer service, telemarketing or a similar sales role
• Must reside in Surulere, Yaba, Mushin, Ebute Metta or surrounding areas

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound telesales calls
• Promote products or services over the phone
• Provide customer service and resolve queries
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets
