Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field from a recognized institution
• At least 2 years’ experience in Master Data Management, Finance Operations or Shared Services
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion or SAP is an added advantage

What you'll do

• Create, update, and maintain master data records accurately within agreed service levels
• Review and validate master data requests for completeness and compliance
• Monitor and maintain data quality through regular reviews, validations, and data cleansing
• Prepare reports and analyze master data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Sales, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve master data issues
• Support master data governance, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and testing activities
• Ensure compliance with the SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct
