Stretch-it Concepts is recruiting a Head of Brands, Marketing, and Communications to lead brand strategy, internal and external communications, and marketing initiatives in Lagos.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
• Master’s degree is an added advantage
• 7–10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, and communications
• 3–5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the Tech/IT industry
• Proven experience developing and executing successful brand and marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing)
• Relevant certifications in Brand Marketing & Communications

What you'll do

• Develop and implement brand, communications, and marketing strategies
• Work with sales to create targeted sales strategies
• Organise advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV), exhibitions, and promotional events
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition
• Plan and manage marketing budgets for maximum ROI
• Write copy for brochures, press releases, website material, etc.
• Initiate and control customer requirement surveys
• Collaborate with product and development teams on brand positioning and product launches
• Manage media relations and build relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets
• Engage external partners (advertising agencies, PR firms, event organisers)
• Perform other assigned duties
