Human Capital Graduate

Sanlam’s Human Capital Graduate programme is a talent pool initiative for recent graduates interested in launching a career in Human Capital within a large, diversified financial services group.

What it offers

Who can apply

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology or a related field
• Relevant HR exposure, internship experience or work-integrated learning is advantageous
• A genuine interest in people, talent development and the future world of work

What you'll do

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent processes, research, documentation and coordination of key Human Capital initiatives
• Conduct research on HR-related topics and use insights to support development of workplace frameworks, tools and processes
• Coordinate talent activities timeously and accurately, in line with the HR calendar and team priorities
• Produce quality documentation, guidelines and presentation material using Microsoft Word or PowerPoint
• Manage time well, follow through on commitments and work effectively against set timelines
• Communicate clearly, collaborate well and contribute in a fast-paced team environment
