Senior Compliance Analyst

Lithic is hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to build and scale compliance infrastructure for its card-issuing platform, working with AI-assisted workflows and supporting sponsor bank relationships.

What it offers

• Annual salary range: $86,000 – $120,000 plus equity
• Full-time, remote role (US-based only; no visa sponsorship)

Who can apply

• Minimum qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of compliance experience in fintech, payments, or a bank-partnered environment
  • Direct CIP background required
  • CAMS certified or actively working toward it
  • Knowledge of AI governance for compliance documentation and decision defense
  • Experience with KYC/KYB tools and regulatory frameworks (Reg E, Reg Z, USA PATRIOT Act)
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Nice to have:
  • Compliance QA/program testing experience
  • Background in high-risk verticals (e.g., MRBs, crypto-adjacent)
  • Experience with state money transmission license (MTL) requirements or card issuing/payments

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end CIP decisioning and maintain quality/turnaround standards
• Perform QA on AI-assisted onboarding decisions and document reasoning for regulatory scrutiny
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements
• Support bank partner deliverables across sponsor bank relationships
• Contribute to AML/BSA and regulatory compliance testing
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on compliance-sensitive features
• Help build scalable compliance infrastructure
