Responsable Suivi & Evaluation (MEAL) – N’djaména

Acted seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Manager to oversee data-driven programme performance in Chad for six months starting September 2026.

What you'll do

• Design, implement and oversee MEAL frameworks for Acted’s Tchad portfolio
• Ensure data quality, accountability and adaptive learning across 11 projects (€10.5 million budget)
• Coordinate MEAL activities from N’Djaména with field teams in Bol, Daboua, Adré and Chokoyan
