Who can apply

  • Minimum 6–9 years’ overall professional experience with 5 years’ experience in digital communication

  • Good knowledge of online design, content editing, social media monitoring and management tools (Asana, Canva, Sprinklr)
  • Very good knowledge of Drupal CMS and Google Analytics
  • Excellent public speaking skills and ability to communicate technicalities to training audiences

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement regional digital communication strategies
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality digital content (feature stories, news, photo galleries, videos, social media posts, threads, GIFs)
  • Manage official social media channels, engage communities, and maintain brand voice
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated digital campaigns with defined objectives and KPIs
  • Maintain editorial calendars aligned with institutional priorities and global campaigns
  • Coordinate content production and review across regional teams and delegations
  • Provide technical and editorial guidance on content development and social media best practices
  • Develop and promote Information as Aid content
  • Provide SEO and SEM guidance to improve discoverability
  • Monitor digital trends, audience behaviour, and platform performance using analytics tools
  • Produce performance reports and recommend improvements
  • Conduct social listening to detect reputational risks
  • Maintain technical integrity and security of digital platforms
  • Design and deliver capacity-building initiatives on digital strategies and tools
