Who can apply

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Agriculture, Engineering, Project Management, Development Studies, or a related field
  • At least 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, project management, corporate planning, agribusiness, fintech, development finance, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex projects across multiple departments or stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, research, writing, and problem-solving skills

What you'll do

  • Support the CEO and leadership team in translating company strategy into annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly execution plans
  • Develop clear milestones, responsibilities, timelines, and performance indicators for strategic initiatives, and monitor progress
  • Develop and maintain management dashboards for key business indicators
  • Track performance across team and customers
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures, templates, workflows, checklists, and operational playbooks
  • Coordinate and support the preparation of investor decks, donor presentations, investment memos, concept notes/grant applications, business plans, and partnership proposals
  • Lead or coordinate special projects assigned by the CEO
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer research, and industry analysis
  • Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and supporting materials for management and partner meetings
  • Support communication between the CEO, leadership team, employees, partners, and advisers
