Fidelity Services Group’s 18-month Graduate Development Programme in Johannesburg gives recent graduates a structured route into a corporate career through rotations, mentoring and hands-on projects.

What it offers

Who can apply

• Graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following:
  • Operations Management
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Data Science
  • Engineering
  • General Management
• A postgraduate qualification is advantageous
• Valid South African driver’s licence
• Own reliable vehicle
• Clear criminal record
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Gauteng at own expense
