Educate! is scaling its youth employment programs in Tanzania and is hiring a Head of Program Implementation to lead program delivery in Dar es Salaam.

What you'll do

• Oversee program delivery and implementation in Tanzania
• Lead a team to introduce employment-focused curricula in secondary schools
• Manage livelihood boot camps for out-of-school youth, with a focus on marginalized rural girls and young women
• Work closely with Educate!’s growing team of over 300 staff and 300 volunteer youth mentors
