Who can apply

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification required
• MBA or advanced business qualification is an advantage
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a CFO, Finance Director, Deputy CFO, or equivalent executive finance role
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience preferred
• Strong experience within financial services, banking, fintech, lending, payments, or consumer finance

What you'll do

• Serve as a trusted adviser to the CEO, Board, and Executive Committee on financial and strategic matters
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
• Develop and execute funding, capital, and liquidity strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, lenders, regulators, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, tax, and reporting requirements
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making
• Build and lead a high-performing finance organisation
