Head of People and Culture at Simply HRM Consult is a full-time, onsite HR leadership role based in Lagos, Nigeria, focused on building culture, systems, and talent strategy for a fast-growing events and entertainment company.

What it offers

• Salary range: ₦500,000 – ₦750,000 per month

Who can apply

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; a Master’s or MBA is an added advantage
• Certifications: Membership or certification from CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is highly desirable
• Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR leadership role
• Location: Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria
• Industry preference: Experience in hospitality, entertainment, events, creative services, or fast-growing SMEs is advantageous

What you'll do

• Lead the development and execution of the organization’s people and culture strategy
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on workforce and organizational matters
• Design and implement people-focused initiatives to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent
• Establish HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks in compliance with Nigerian Labour Laws
• Build and strengthen recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and leadership development systems
• Conduct HR audits, develop workforce metrics, and provide data-driven insights to leadership
