• Experience: At least 6 years of progressive marketing experience
• Sector experience: FMCG experience in Kenya or East Africa

What you'll do

• Develop and execute annual marketing and brand plans tied to revenue, margin and brand objectives
• Strengthen positioning, identity and growth strategy across general trade, modern trade and emerging channels
• Recommend pack-price architecture, pricing and promotional choices using sales records, market assessments and consumer evidence
• Lead product and brand launches from concept through go-to-market and post-launch review
• Build a consumer and market-insight rhythm using sales data, store visits, consumer conversations, research, social listening and competitor tracking
• Plan integrated campaigns across in-store activation, sampling, partnerships, PR, digital, social, influencers and selected media
• Own the marketing budget, agency commitments and performance reporting
• Set standards for briefs, artwork, packaging, campaigns, calendars, approvals and launch governance
• Lead and develop junior marketing staff and external partners
• Represent Norda at consumer, trade, partner and industry forums
