Who can apply

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience: 7–10 years total, with at least 5–7 years in high-end fit-out procurement within luxury hospitality or commercial real estate
• Skills: FF&E & finish literacy, contractual & retention management, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo), value engineering, FX settlement structures

What you'll do

• Lead strategic sourcing and procurement of interior finishes, FF&E, and specialized systems
• Oversee procurement lifecycle: vendor mapping, mock-up delivery, long-lead ordering, contract drafting, quality control
• Manage competitive bidding, RFQs, BOQ reviews, and value engineering
• Liaise with international hotel brand operator and client for material approvals
• Ensure compliance with design specs, budget, timelines, and brand standards
• Track procurement pipelines using ERP software
