Travel Consultant

TravelDeer is hiring a Travel Consultant in Lagos, Nigeria to manage bookings, documentation, and client support in a hybrid role.

What it offers

• Salary range: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000 per month
• Work arrangement: Hybrid (remote and in-office)

Who can apply

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
• Experience: Good knowledge of visa processing, travel bookings, and documentation
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, multitasking, proficiency in Microsoft Office, communication, and teamwork
• Requirements: Ability to work in a hybrid role and passion for travel

What you'll do

• Manage client bookings, reservations, and visa documentation
• Review and verify passports, forms, visas, and supporting documents
• Track submission deadlines, appointments, and application updates
• Assist clients with travel forms and documentation requirements
• Research destinations, conferences, visa opportunities, and travel packages
• Stay updated on visa rules, travel advisories, and travel requirements
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams
• Communicate effectively in both remote and in-office settings
