What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day branch operations including customer service, new customer acquisition, loan disbursements, collections, filing, pipelines, and daily report preparation
• Achieve branch targets in all KPIs to contribute to overall organizational growth by generating revenue
• Implement strategies to improve branch efficiency, reducing processing times and increasing customer satisfaction
• Lead a team of Business Development Officers (BDOs) and administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations to promote the company’s services
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies at the branch level
• Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and improve overall company performance
